4 step process

1. Detailed Client Assessment (Weeks 1-2)

 Client meeting (hiring expectations and candidate requirements) Establish detailed position specifications and critical competencies
Define target list, search strategy and parameters 

2. Candidate Development (Weeks 3-8)

Development of and collaboration with network of sources and prospects Screen candidates (face-to-face, phone, etc.) Interviews/pre-referencing of qualified candidates. 


Client introductions to qualified candidates (written evaluations and pre-referencing)
Selection of and interviews with finalist candidates Feedback to both candidates and clients. 

3. References and Offer (Weeks 9-10)

Conduct formal references on finalist candidate(s). Client presentation of verbal and written comments. Strategic advice to client regarding offer; facilitate negotiations as needed 

4. Project Closure (Weeks 11-12)

Candidate acceptance of offer and transition to client organization. Team serves as ongoing resource and facilitator to both client and candidate. The result: smooth assimilation and long term success.
