Client introductions to qualified candidates (written evaluations and pre-referencing)
Selection of and interviews with finalist candidates Feedback to both candidates and clients.
Conduct formal references on finalist candidate(s). Client presentation of verbal and written comments. Strategic advice to client regarding offer; facilitate negotiations as needed
Candidate acceptance of offer and transition to client organization. Team serves as ongoing resource and facilitator to both client and candidate. The result: smooth assimilation and long term success.
